One of the jewels of Chicago is the 120-year-old Field Museum. A preeminent natural history institution, the Field Museum is dedicated to science and education, and is an amazing resource for uncovering and advancing the story of our planet. Our friends there asked us to produce an exclusive 3-Pack to accompany the Museum’s recent, and ambitious, identity and brand redesign. As you might imagine, we were all-in. 

We had only one request and they quickly agreed to it: an FNFMFT (Field Notes Field Museum Field Trip). After a day-long backstage tour of the collections, meeting with scientists, and basically having our minds blown, we got straight to work on the memo books.

These 3-Packs are available only through the Museum Store. You can order them online, but we’d highly recommend planning a visit. BTW: While you’re in the city, stop by Field Notes HQ and ask us about “The Shaman.” It’s a story we learned while visiting the Museum, and it’ll make your hair curl.
