Duly Noted

Aaron’s Music Festival

July 28, 2016 by Jim

One Skid

Just one skid of many from yesterday, all ready to go.

We had our first big day of orders to be filled by the Packing & Shipping Team out of the new HQ, and they crushed it. Our infrequent “Today is Wednesday” deals always generate a lot of business and yesterday was no exception. We’re happy to see all work the crew did to make the new space more efficient really paid off. And of course, we’re thankful to everyone who ordered yesterday. Next up: the Fall Quarterly Edition. Onwards!

“I’ve been waiting for someone to ask that question all my life.” A Continuous Lean has a great interview with Field Notes Co-Founder Aaron Draplin about his new book, Pretty Much Everything, and lots of other stuff too, like how he would program the various stages for his own music festival. Gordon Lightfoot FTW.

When the weather’s hot and steamy it always takes us back to the Monona County Fair.
