After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a unique code that can be printed or forwarded to the gift recipient. Gift cards do not expire and can be used online during checkout, or in person at the shop at Field Notes Midwest HQ in Chicago.

Gift a Subscription

A Field Notes Subscription includes four quarterly shipments of our Limited Editions throughout the year. Subscriptions in the USA are $120 and $150 everywhere else.

When you purchase a Gift Subscription you will receive a unique code via email after checkout. You can then gift this code to the recipient and then they will be able to start their subscription at any time and manage and if they choose to, renew it, under their own account.
